Jocelyn is a former Wall Street Corporate Attorney specializing in Capital Markets, M&A and Private Equity. Her former clients include General Electric, Citibank, Goldman Sachs, and American Capital Strategies. Representative transactions she has worked on include the Hertz IPO, and the sale of General Electric's Partnership Marketing Group to Allstate Corp. She began her legal career at the Washington DC office of the US Attorney General.

Jocelyn is also the founder of a maternity-focused e-commerce startup that was acquired.

She holds a JD in Law from the Georgetown University Law Center, where she graduated Cum Laude, and a BA in Sociology from Indiana University Bloomington where she graduated with high honors.
