Growth Equity

We invest in high growth Tech firms, from Series A to pre-IPO. We are US and China-focused, and have co-invested with Sequoia Capital, Founders Fund (Peter Thiel), Andreessen Horowitz (A16z), Goldman Sachs, Blackstone, TPG Axon among numerous other leading investors.

Private Credit

Our Private Credit arm specializes in high-return opportunities by providing customized financing solutions in Special Situations and Venture Debt.

Strategic Capital

We operate globally across M&A, ECM, DCM and Fund Placement. Our Investment Banking activities are conducted via a US SEC-licensed vehicle.
