Alex has 20 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking and Hedge Funds in the USA and Asia, including working as a trader at Lehman Brothers in New York City and SAC Capital Advisors. Prior to launching Phoenix-5 (fka Aesir Partners) in 2017, Alex oversaw Private Equity across the Asia Pacific for a USD1T AUM asset manager.
He holds a Master in Finance from INSEAD, a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Boston University and has attended various Executive programs at Harvard Business School. Alex is also co-Chairman of the US Government's Trade Mission in Singapore.

John is one of Asia's most established Private Credit and Special Situations fund managers. He is the Founder of Creston Capital, and was formerly Managing Director at Tor Investment Management and Olympus Capital Asia Credit, 2 of Asia's leading Special Situation Funds.
